EDUCATION CHAPTER 54 COLLEGE SAVINGS PROGRAM 33-5408.Annual report. The board shall submit an annual report
to the speaker of the house of representatives and the president pro
tempore of the senate by February 1 that summarizes the board’s
findings and recommendations concerning the program established by
this chapter. The Idaho Code is made available on the Internet by the Idaho Legislature as a public service. This Internet version of the Idaho Code may not be used for commercial purposes, nor may this database be published or repackaged for commercial sale without express written permission.
