 37-343. Injunction proceedings additional remedy for violations. In addition to the remedy prescribed in the foregoing section for the violation of the provisions of this act, any person, association or corporation violating, or threatening to violate, any of the provisions of this act may be enjoined from violating the same; such injunction proceedings may be instituted by the director of the department of agriculture as plaintiff, whether or not criminal proceedings have been brought against the same defendant, and the attorney general or prosecuting attorney of the county where the violation or threatened violation of this act has occurred, on demand of the director of the department of agriculture, shall represent the director of the department of agriculture in such proceedings. In any such proceedings no bond shall be required of the plaintiff.
