39-804. Penalty for violations. Any person, firm, or corporation, or any member or employee of any firm or any officer, director or employee of a corporation who violates or who aids or abets in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or in any rule or regulation of the board of pharmacy promulgated hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided by section 18-113, Idaho Code.
