TITLE 54
PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
CHAPTER 11
MORTICIANS, FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND EMBALMERS
 54-1115. License fees. There shall be paid with the filing of any application for an original license, or the applications for any renewal of a license, the following license fees:
(1)  Not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for a mortician license.
(2)  Not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for a funeral director license.
(3)  Not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for a funeral establishment license.
(4)  Not more than two hundred dollars ($200) for a crematory license.
(5)  Not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for a resident trainee license.
(6)  Not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for a certificate of authority.
(7)  Not more than one hundred dollars ($100) application fee for endorsement and/or examination.
All fees shall be paid to the bureau of occupational licenses.
