[No Title] TITLE 72 WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS -- INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 14 FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND 72-1422. Benefits exempt from execution -- Not assignable. No benefits or payments payable under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to execution, nor assignable, nor shall the same be hypothecated or in any manner encumbered, except as ordered by a court to be transferred to an alternate payee in an approved domestic retirement order, as provided in sections 59-1319 and 59-1320, Idaho Code. The Idaho Code is made available on the Internet by the Idaho Legislature as a public service. This Internet version of the Idaho Code may not be used for commercial purposes, nor may this database be published or repackaged for commercial sale without express written permission.
