| TRANSPORTATION - Amends existing law to to revise the apportionment from the Highway Distribution Account; to provide for the Highway Maintenance, Preservation and Restoration Fund, to increase certain motor vehicle fees for titles, registrations, driver's licenses, identification cards and for certification of self-insurance; and to delete certain fuel deductions; to provide for apportionment of fund moneys; and to revise certain fees relating to vehicles powered by gaseous fuels. |
