BOARD OF EDUCATION - SCHOOL DISTRICTS - Amends existing law relating to the State Board of Education to revise provisions relating to the correction or alteration of school district boundaries; to revise provisions relating to the excision and annexation of district territory; to revise provisions relating to district consolidation and certain notification; to revise provisions relating to the division of school districts; and to revise provisions relating to certain elections and the revision of district boundaries.
