| APPROPRIATIONS – DEPARTMENT OF LABOR - Directs the State Controller to transfer $446,900 from the Rural Broadband Development Fund to the General Fund for fiscal year 2010; appropriates $7,500,000 for administration of the Unemployment Insurance and Employment Services Program for fiscal year 2009; appropriates $3,233,200 to the Department of Labor for fiscal year 2010; limits the number of full-time equivalent positions to 14; provides legislative intent on personnel costs; and directs salary reductions. |
