HAZARDOUS MATERIALS/HAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSPORTATION ENFORCEMENT - Amends existing law relating to hazardous materials/hazardous waste transportation enforcement to revise endorsement requirements for transporters of hazardous materials and to increase the annual fee for the vehicle registration endorsement for the transportation of hazardous materials.
