| EDUCATION - Amends, repeals and adds to existing law relating to education to revise a date; to revise provisions relating to the issuance of renewable contracts, to remove language relating to notice, to revise provisions relating to the length of a certain contract, to establish provisions relating to renewals for various terms and salaries of certain contracts, to provide that certain contracts shall be issued on or before a certain date, to provide for letters of intent for employment, to establish provisions relating to certain contracts renewed for a term shorter in length than stated in the current standard contract; to remove language relating to renewal of a contract at a reduced salary; to establish provisions relating to the issuance of annual contracts, categories of contracts, optional placement and written evaluations; and to establish provisions relating to the issuance of renewal contracts. |
