CONCEALED WEAPONS - LICENSES - Amends existing law to revise provisions relating to concealed weapons in motor vehicles, to revise provisions relating to firearms in motor vehicles in plain view, to revise exceptions and to remove exceptions for certain persons to abide by the requirement to secure a license to carry a concealed weapon.
