Charge: To review Article 8 Section 3 of the Idaho Constitution. The task force will undertake an assessment of the indebtedness and multi-year obligations of local governments and may recommend changes to Article VIII, Section 3 of the Idaho Constitution. As much as is practicable, the task force shall work in cooperation and coordination with the state of Idaho, cities, counties, schools and highway districts.
